G-DRAGON Announces Third World Tour After 88 Months

G-DRAGON (지드래곤) has thrilled fans worldwide by announcing his third world tour, marking the first in 88 months. On February 6, he shared a teaser poster for the 2025 World Tour on his official fan SNS (@fanplusonedotcom). The striking silhouette of G-DRAGON hints at the powerful presence he will bring, coinciding with the release of his third studio album, ‘Übermensch (위버맨쉬)’, set to drop on February 25. The tour shares its name with the album, and the unique ‘Ü’ font, which incorporates a human figure, adds an intriguing touch to the phrase ‘2025 WORLD TOÜR’.
This announcement comes after a long wait for fans, as G-DRAGON's last world tour was in 2017. His previous tour, ‘2017 WORLD TOUR ACT III: M.O.T.T.E’, spanned four months and included 36 concerts, attracting over 654,000 attendees, setting a record for the largest tour by a K-POP solo artist. Fans are eager to see if G-DRAGON will break new ground once again.
The upcoming tour is expected to feature performances of his pre-released tracks ‘POWER’ and ‘HOME WEET HOME’, which continue to dominate the charts. Fans can look forward to G-DRAGON's signature extravagant stage production and impeccable stage presence, promising an unforgettable experience. With a unique blend of his distinctive identity and mainstream appeal, anticipation for the third world tour is at an all-time high.
After 11 years and 5 months, G-DRAGON is set to make 2025 a remarkable year with the release of ‘Übermensch’ and his world tour, alongside regular appearances on variety shows.
