G-Dragon Addresses Dating Rumors with Han So-hee and Kim Go-eun

G-Dragon (지드래곤) of BIGBANG has recently broken his silence regarding dating rumors, specifically those involving actress Han So-hee (한소희) and Miss Korea contestant Kim Go-eun (김고은). The rumors gained traction after fans speculated about their social media posts, which included similar images of them sitting in identical black chairs and a shared wall featuring the phrase 'Love for Life.'

The speculation intensified when it was noted that Han So-hee's sister follows G-Dragon on social media, and unverified claims suggested that G-Dragon might be following Han So-hee's private account. However, both parties quickly denied the rumors. G-Dragon's representatives stated, "This is not true," while Han So-hee's side firmly declared, "This is completely false. We do not have any close relationship."

This marks a notable shift for G-Dragon, who has typically remained tight-lipped about his personal life. In the past, he has faced multiple dating rumors without making any official comments. For instance, he was linked to Japanese actress Mizuhara Kiko (미즈하라 키코) in 2015 and actress Komatsu Nana (고마츠 나나) in 2016, but he never confirmed or denied these relationships. Even in 2021, when rumors circulated about him dating BLACKPINK's Jennie (제니), he maintained a stance of silence.

In a previous appearance on MBC's Radio Star (라디오스타), G-Dragon explained his reluctance to address dating rumors, stating, "It might be better to confirm or deny, but as a public figure, I think it could cause harm to the woman involved."

However, this year has seen a change in his approach. In March, he addressed rumors about Kim Go-eun, clarifying that they are just close friends, and now he has similarly refuted the rumors with Han So-hee. G-Dragon has also made a strong return to music, releasing his solo track 'Power' in October and collaborating with fellow BIGBANG members Taeyang (태양) and Daesung (대성) on 'Home Sweet Home' in November. Both tracks have been well-received, reaffirming his status as a dominant force in the music industry.

Looking ahead, G-Dragon is set to perform at the 2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon on December 25 and will join forces with producer Kim Tae-ho (김태호) for a new fixed variety show titled Good Day (굿데이) in early 2025.
