‘GabojaGO’ Returns for a New Season Amid Controversies

The popular show ‘가보자GO’ (GabojaGO) is set to return for a new season as the new year begins, following the buzz surrounding broadcaster Ham So-won's divorce confession and MBK Entertainment CEO Kim Kwang-soo's clarification regarding the T-ara bullying allegations. According to reports from January 2, 2025, MBN is preparing to launch the new season in February, just two months after the conclusion of Season 3 on December 21.

‘GabojaGO’ is a unique program where hosts venture into the streets to find 'real friends' by spontaneously inviting various celebrities and ordinary people, regardless of location, age, or gender, to become friends.

Season 1 aired from March 16 to May 4, 2023, featuring personalities like Kim Yong-man, Ahn Jung-hwan, Hong Hyun-hee, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Kim Ho-joong. After a break, Season 2 shifted its concept to inviting intriguing celebrities and noteworthy individuals to their homes, with Ahn Jung-hwan and Hong Hyun-hee as hosts.

In September 2023, Season 3 premiered, with the first episode featuring Ham So-won candidly discussing her divorce from Jin Hwa. Other guests included stylist Kim Woo-ri, singer Byun Jin-seob, actress Kim Cheong, hanbok designer Park Sul-nyeo, and various other stars.

Season 3 consisted of 12 episodes and achieved a peak viewership rating of 3.2%. The show garnered significant attention due to Ham So-won's divorce revelation and Kim Kwang-soo's response to the T-ara bullying rumors.

With the success and interest generated, ‘GabojaGO’ is gearing up for Season 4, which is expected to air after the Lunar New Year holiday in February.
