Former Police Officer Arrested for Stalking After Losing Job

A former female police officer, referred to as A, has been arrested for stalking after she attempted to visit the home of a well-known trot singer. Despite losing her job due to similar behavior, A continued her harassment. On June 21, she knocked on the door and rang the doorbell of a residence that was not occupied by the singer but by a person with a similar name. After initially retreating when police arrived, she returned to eavesdrop at the door. A had previously been issued a restraining order in December, which was lifted in March, prompting her to resume her visits. Following another application for a restraining order on June 23, police apprehended her before the court could make a ruling. A had attempted to illegally enter the singer's residence since July of the previous year, leading to her dismissal from the police force in February. Authorities are now considering a request for a warrant to detain her while ensuring the victim's protection.
