Park Eun-ji, a former weathercaster for MBC, has revealed that a culture of workplace bullying has persisted at the network for many years. On February 1, she expressed her heavy heart regarding the recent emergence of a letter related to workplace harassment involving the late Oh Yoanna. Although she never met the junior colleague, she hopes they are no longer suffering. Park stated, 'I pray for the soul of the deceased.' She reflected on her own experiences, saying, 'I know how terrifying and lonely that pain can be after enduring seven long years. I am so sorry I couldn't help.' She emphasized the need to fully uncover the deeply rooted culture of bullying in the workplace. Park Eun-ji joined MBC as a weathercaster in 2005 and transitioned to a freelance broadcaster after leaving the network in 2013.
