Fire Breaks Out at Incheon High School Dormitory, 200 Evacuated

A fire erupted in a high school dormitory located in Ganghwa, Incheon, prompting the evacuation of over 200 individuals, including 188 students. The incident occurred around 10:55 PM on April 14, 2025, on the fourth floor of the dormitory building. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries. Firefighters responded to the emergency call and deployed 22 vehicles and 56 personnel, successfully extinguishing the blaze by 12:24 AM on April 15. Authorities believe the fire originated from the electrical distribution room on the fourth floor and are currently investigating the exact cause.
