Epik High's Tukutz Playfully Teases Tablo on 'How Do You Play?'

On July 19, 2025, MBC's entertainment show How Do You Play? featured Tukutz (투컷) from the popular hip-hop group Epik High (에픽하이). Tukutz appeared on the show after being nominated by HaHa as part of a list of 'famous but unpopular celebrities.'

Upon meeting Yoo Jae-suk (유재석), Tukutz expressed his excitement, saying, 'I had all sorts of thoughts. I wondered if I should keep my Thursdays free. It felt like I was answering a national call because Yoo Jae-suk invited me. I have to give it my all.'

He also shared a humorous moment with his daughter, who asked where he was going. When he replied that he was meeting Yoo Jae-suk, she questioned, 'Why, Dad?' Tukutz felt proud of the interaction.

Yoo Jae-suk brought up Tukutz's recent appearance on Radio Star (라디오스타) alongside Tablo (타블로). Tukutz noted, 'It’s definitely broadcast television. The age range of people who recognize us has diversified, even the pharmacy ladies recognize us. They said they enjoyed Radio Star and asked for autographs and photos.'

He humorously added, 'When we perform on music shows, it doesn’t have much effect. The camera rarely catches us, so it’s pointless. But we have to keep going. I went back a few days later, and people didn’t recognize me. After a week, the recognition period is over.'

Tukutz mentioned that they would soon embark on an Asian tour, surprising Yoo Jae-suk and HaHa, who asked if he was going too. Yoo Jae-suk also inquired about a trip to the U.S.

Tukutz explained, 'Tablo is at Stanford University. If that’s the case, we should go too. Let’s visit the historical site and see it with our own eyes,' referencing the past controversy surrounding Tablo's academic credentials.

Yoo Jae-suk laughed and asked why Tukutz was teasing Tablo, to which Tukutz replied, 'Isn’t it fun? It’s been about 15 years. We can turn the painful memories into humor.'
