ENHYPEN's 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' Tops Global Charts

The K-pop group ENHYPEN has made a significant impact with their sixth mini album, 'DESIRE: UNLEASH', which has topped both domestic and international charts. According to data from Hanteo Chart, the album, featuring members Jungwon (정원), Heeseung (희승), Jay (제이), Jake (제이크), Sunghoon (성훈), Sunoo (선우), and Niki (니키), secured the number one spot on the daily album chart for two consecutive days (June 5-6). In just two days, 'DESIRE: UNLEASH' achieved impressive sales of 1,932,792 copies, bringing ENHYPEN closer to their third 'double million seller' title.

Upon its release on June 5, the album quickly climbed to the top of the iTunes 'Top Albums' charts in various countries, including Japan, Mexico, the UK, the US, and Canada, showcasing ENHYPEN's global popularity as it reached the number one position on the Worldwide iTunes Album chart.

The title track, 'Bad Desire (With or Without You)', is also performing exceptionally well. It topped the Bugs real-time chart and the daily chart (as of June 5), and it reached number one on Japan's AWA 'Real-time Rising Music Top 100'. Additionally, it entered the Spotify global chart at number 72 on the 'Daily Top Songs Global' list.

International media outlets have praised ENHYPEN's new release. British magazine Dazed published an article on June 5 titled 'ENHYPEN Ready for Global Stardom', highlighting the album's impressive organic flow and cohesive structure, which allows listeners to easily follow along and enables the group to expand and experiment with their sound.

Billboard Philippines noted that ENHYPEN is poised to usher in a new era with 'DESIRE: UNLEASH', emphasizing their continuous challenges as artists based on the unique identity they have built over the past five years.

The music video for the title track is also gaining traction, amassing 10 million views within just 16 hours of its release. It has become the most viewed video on YouTube (as of June 6) and has reached the top of the trending music videos worldwide.

ENHYPEN's performances have also been a hot topic, as they have made appearances on various music shows, delivering powerful choreography and flawless live vocals. They are set to perform their new song on MBC's 'Show! Music Core' today (June 7).
