The agency emphasized that actions threatening the safety and privacy of the artists have escalated to a serious level. They are actively taking legal measures to protect the artists.
BELIFT LAB outlined three main issues. Firstly, they reported that serious illegal stalking incidents have occurred, including hiring delivery drivers or chauffeurs to invade the artists' accommodations and capture their images for sale. The agency stated, "These actions are causing significant harm to the artists and clearly constitute stalking against their will." They are continuously gathering evidence to identify the stalkers and are working with law enforcement to ensure a swift investigation.
Secondly, the agency addressed the spread of false information about the artists. They have identified individuals who are systematically spreading rumors and selling related information in online chat rooms to threaten the artists. BELIFT LAB is collecting evidence of these illegal activities and is prepared to take strong legal action.
Additionally, the agency urged fans to maintain order and safety at airports, noting that large crowds during domestic and international travel pose a significant risk to both the artists and other travelers. They requested fans to refrain from obstructing the artists' movements, attempting excessive physical contact, or taking close-up photos in restricted areas.
Finally, the agency announced that individuals involved in stalking will be restricted from participating in events related to the artists. They have reported multiple stalkers to the authorities, and investigations are currently underway. They apologized for not being able to provide real-time updates to ensure the smooth progress of the investigation.
