In the latest episode of KBS2TV's 'Park Won-sook's Let's Live Together Season 3,' North Korean cooking expert Lee Soon-sil shared her heart-wrenching story about her lost daughter. Lee Soon-sil, who attempted to defect from North Korea eight times, recounted her struggles after marrying her brother's friend and enduring harsh treatment from her in-laws. After giving birth, she faced unbearable circumstances that led her to consider defection, only to have her child taken away by human traffickers. When Park Won-sook asked if she had been able to see her daughter since then, Lee Soon-sil replied, "I haven't seen her. I just hope she is alive and being well taken care of. I even sought help from brokers, knowing it was a scam, because I wanted to find my child. I have been deceived many times." Her stoic demeanor brought tears to the eyes of fellow guests Hye-eun and Park Won-sook, who were visibly moved. In a moment of compassion, Lee Soon-sil comforted them, saying, "Don’t you cry for me? I have run out of tears now," which left everyone in an emotional state.
