On this episode, the eldest son, who is now entering high school, proudly showed his mother his new school uniform. When he exclaimed, "I’m wearing my high school uniform!" his mother attempted to respond, moving her lips as if to speak. It was a heartbreaking moment, as the son had not heard his mother's voice in five years. He approached her, longing to hear her words, but could only hold her hand and say, "You want to say something, but you can’t, right? That must be frustrating."

After stepping away for a moment, the son was found secretly wiping away his tears in a small space. In an interview, he shared, "I felt a bit sad at that moment. When my mom tries to say something, her lips quiver. It must be so frustrating for her not to be able to speak, and I can only imagine how lonely she feels."

When asked what he thought his mother would say if she could see him in his uniform, he replied, "I think she would say, 'You look nice.' I don’t know. I just wish I could hear her say 'I love you' again, as she used to say that often."

The father, hearing his son's innermost thoughts for the first time, broke down in tears. When asked about his most memorable moments with his mother, the son reflected, "I don’t think there were any particularly special moments. Every moment with my mom was probably special. That’s why I think of her even more now that she’s sick, and it makes my heart ache."
