Did Han Ji-min and Lee Jun-hyuk Share a Kiss in 'My Perfect Secretary'?

In the latest episode of SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'My Perfect Secretary' aired on January 11, 2025, viewers were left wondering if a romantic moment unfolded between the characters Kang Ji-yoon (played by Han Ji-min) and Yoo Eun-ho (played by Lee Jun-hyuk).

During the episode, a sudden downpour forced Kang Ji-yoon and Yoo Eun-ho to take shelter in a convenience store. While there, Kang Ji-yoon became captivated by students enjoying ramen, prompting Yoo Eun-ho to showcase a special ramen recipe he created just for her.

Kang Ji-yoon playfully questioned, "Did you choose the wrong profession? Why are you so serious about food?" to which Yoo Eun-ho replied, "Eating delicious food brings comfort. When your stomach is full, your heart feels full too." This exchange brought a smile to Kang Ji-yoon's face as she enjoyed the tteokbokki he prepared, drawing them closer together. She watched as Yoo Eun-ho selflessly offered her his umbrella, getting drenched while fetching his car.

Later, while shooting a poster for a feature on female CEOs, Kang Ji-yoon encountered Kim Hye-jin (played by Park Bo-kyung). Previously, Kang Ji-yoon had heard about a lecture program named after the headhunter academy's inaugural president, Lee Yong-hoon. She expressed her intention to participate in the upcoming academy.

When Kim Hye-jin questioned her sudden involvement, Kang Ji-yoon warned, "Do you still need the president's influence? If you don't want to see me meddling, remove his name. Then I’ll step back too." Kim Hye-jin retorted, "Are you pretending to care about the president now? You were the one who caused his downfall." Kang Ji-yoon firmly countered, "Do you really think that? Do you believe I know nothing? Stop tarnishing the president's name. At least have some humanity and conscience."

Kim Hye-jin then provocatively asked in front of Yoo Eun-ho, "Secretary Kang, what are your plans for this weekend?" She mentioned that her senior's daughter had just entered middle school and suggested they all have dinner together, hinting that the senior's wife was curious about Kang Ji-yoon.

To lift Kang Ji-yoon's spirits, Yoo Eun-ho prepared sneakers and suggested a walk. After some time, Kang Ji-yoon questioned, "Why did you want to walk? I didn’t expect silence. Do you have any sense?" She pressed him about his curiosity, to which Yoo Eun-ho replied, "I didn’t want to pry. Sometimes asking can hurt. You don’t have to explain anything to me; I trust what I see."

During their walk, they engaged in a basketball game with some students. Yoo Eun-ho remarked, "You need to exercise more, President. You shouldn’t struggle this much with this." Kang Ji-yoon complained, "What do you mean? I’ve worked hard; how can you not acknowledge that?" Yoo Eun-ho insisted that sports should be fair, reminding her that she had told him not to go easy on her.

Kang Ji-yoon challenged, "So, should I ask you to go easy on me? You should just do it naturally!" Yoo Eun-ho replied, "That’s against the rules." When she asked if they were in an international competition or the Olympics, he questioned her desire to win. Kang Ji-yoon declared, "I hate losing. I want to win at everything!" Yoo Eun-ho laughed, promising, "From now on, I’ll let you win. I’ll always lose to you." He later learned about the complicated history between Kang Ji-yoon and Kim Hye-jin through Seo Mi-ae (played by Lee Sang-hee).

Meanwhile, the staff at People’s enjoyed a welcome dinner for Yoo Eun-ho, which also served to resolve conflicts among employees regarding candidates. As the dinner progressed, Kang Ji-yoon, who had been working alone in the office, received a text from Yoo Eun-ho inviting her to join the gathering.

Prompted by Seo Mi-ae’s comment, "Anyone who wants to drink with President Kang, line up here," Kang Ji-yoon ended up drinking with her colleagues. Yoo Eun-ho took it upon himself to drink in place of Kang Ji-yoon, acting as her knight in shining armor. He couldn’t take his eyes off her as she became tipsy and started to babble.

After the dinner, when Kang Ji-yoon disappeared, Yoo Eun-ho asked Seo Mi-ae about her whereabouts. Upon learning that she often went to the office when drunk, he rushed there and found her asleep at her desk. Not wanting to wake her, he decided to stay by her side.

When Kang Ji-yoon eventually woke up, she gazed affectionately at Yoo Eun-ho, who was dozing beside her. As she touched his lips, their eyes met, and she remarked, "You’re handsome, Yoo Eun-ho." The moment was charged with anticipation as they leaned closer to each other.
