Defconn Reacts to Mr. Hwang and Mr. Bae's Brutal Honesty on I Am SOLO

In the latest episode of ENA and SBS Plus's reality show I Am SOLO, Love Continues (나는 SOLO, 그 후 사랑은 계속된다), which aired on December 19, Defconn found himself both amused and exasperated by the candid remarks of contestants Mr. Hwang and Mr. Bae.

During the 92nd episode, the singles' late-night date partners were determined by the men's choices. Mr. Hwang selected 10th season contestant Young-ja, but revealed to the producers that he was avoiding Mr. Bae's choice. He explained, "I wanted to talk to 16th season Young-ja, but Mr. Bae hinted that he needed to discuss things further with her."

Young-ja confronted Mr. Hwang, asking, "Did you joke about talking to someone else? Why did you come here?" To which Mr. Hwang replied, "There are many competitors for 16th season Young-ja," leaving everyone shocked. Defconn, watching the exchange, expressed his frustration, saying, "Why would you say that? The woman you chose is right next to you!"

The situation escalated when Mr. Bae chose 22nd season Young-sook and stated, "I thought it would be tough to date multiple people, so I decided to go for someone who is alone." This prompted fellow contestant Bomi to exclaim, "What is wrong with the male contestants this time? I have no words," while Defconn echoed her sentiments, saying, "Why are they acting like this? It’s infuriating. They don’t need to say such things."

In a subsequent interview, Young-sook shared her feelings, stating, "It felt a bit tragic. Should I be grateful for this?" evoking sympathy from viewers.
