Daesung Concludes Japan Live Tour with Emotional Encore Performance

On December 15, 2024, singer Daesung held the final concert of his 'D-LITE JAPAN LIVE TOUR 2024 "D's IS ME" - Encore' in Kobe, Japan. This concert marked the culmination of his Japanese live tour, which began in April and included four performances across Tokyo and Kobe starting from November 30.

During the live arena tour, Daesung captivated local fans with a diverse setlist featuring songs like 'Wings (윙스)', 'Ai (사랑)', and 'Rainy Rainy (레이니 레이니)', along with acoustic and dance medleys from BIGBANG.

The encore concert concluded on a high note, as Daesung surprised the audience with a new song titled 'Umbrella (傘) (D's IS ME Limited Edition)'. His refreshing and powerful vocals left a lasting impression, bringing the performance to a heartfelt close.

'Umbrella' is Daesung's first new release in approximately seven years, following the 2017 album 'Delight2 (디라이트2)'. The limited edition album featuring 'Umbrella' sold out at both the Tokyo and Kobe venues, showcasing Daesung's enduring popularity even after 19 years in the industry.

Throughout 2024, Daesung has been exceptionally active, engaging with fans through the release of his single 'Falling Slowly (폴링 슬로우리)', his first solo domestic fan day 'D's ROAD (디스 로드)', and a live tour across ten cities in Japan. He also connected with fans in Taipei and Bangkok during his Asia fan days.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Daesung has served as the MC for MBN's 'Hanil Top Ten Show' and hosted seasons 1 and 2 of his YouTube channel '집(밖으로 나온)대성'. Recently, he shared the stage with G-Dragon and Taeyang at the '2024 MAMA AWARDS', thrilling global fans.
