CRAVITY Unveils Concept Photos for Second Album 'Dare to Crave'

K-pop group CRAVITY has revealed the concept photos for their upcoming second studio album, 'Dare to Crave'. On June 17, their agency, Starship Entertainment, shared the '?' version of the concept photos on their official social media platforms.

The teaser released on June 16, which evoked a hide-and-seek theme, heightened anticipation for the new visuals. The newly released images showcase the members in a static, mysterious setting, gazing blankly ahead, contrasting sharply with the vibrant mood of the previously released '0' version concept photos. This shift hints at the album's diverse themes.

The concept photos capture the confusion experienced after stepping into a new world. The members are depicted with dreamy expressions, either staring into the distance or hiding behind a sofa, creating an intriguing tension despite the cozy home setting.

In the '0' version concept photos, the members emerged from a confined space called 'the egg' into a new world. The '?' version appears to illustrate their feelings of unfamiliarity in this new environment, building excitement for the narrative that will unfold.

Ahead of the album's release, CRAVITY has undergone a significant rebranding, introducing a new logo that evokes images of grapes and vine stems, and a fresh interpretation of their group name, combining 'CRAVE' and 'GRAVITY'.

The tracklist, revealed on June 10, indicates that the album will feature 12 songs, including the group's first unit track, with all members participating in songwriting and composition. The diverse concept photos contribute to the growing anticipation for their comeback.

Marking CRAVITY's fifth anniversary, 'Dare to Crave' represents a new chapter in their journey, confronting the theme of 'craving' as they continue to evolve. This album is particularly noteworthy as it is their first full-length release in over three years, following the second part of their debut album, 'LIBERTY: IN OUR COSMOS'.
