Constitutional Court Confirms Receipt of Impeachment Documents Against President Yoon

On December 20, the Constitutional Court confirmed that the impeachment documents against President Yoon Suk-yeol were received by mail, activating their legal effect. President Yoon is required to submit his response by December 27. The court will proceed with the impeachment trial as scheduled on the same date. As of the morning of December 23, no additional written submissions have been received from the parties involved.
