Conflict Arises Over Concert Rights for '현역가왕2'

The ongoing dispute between MBN's '현역가왕2' and the entertainment companies 크레아스튜디오 and nCH 엔터테인먼트 has intensified over concert rights. On February 6, '현역가왕2' announced a nationwide tour starting in April, covering ten cities, beginning in Seoul. However, nCH 엔터테인먼트 claims that they have a valid contract with 크레아스튜디오 for the concert and management rights, and a lawsuit regarding the contract's validity is currently pending in court. They assert that the announcement made by 크레아스튜디오 regarding the tour was done without their consent, constituting a clear breach of contract and causing significant financial and emotional distress to nCH and its affiliates. nCH has requested the court expedite the ruling on their lawsuit to ensure the concert proceeds smoothly, expressing skepticism about 크레아스튜디오's sudden announcement. Furthermore, nCH stated that 크레아스튜디오 has not responded to inquiries regarding the management of the '현역가왕2' TOP7. In response, 크레아스튜디오 previously claimed that they terminated their joint business contract with nCH due to a breach by nCH and have completed the deposit of the full investment amount, thus ending their contractual relationship. The situation remains tense as both parties prepare for potential legal action.
