CJ ENM's Three Works Nominated for Banff Rockie Awards

CJ ENM has achieved a significant milestone as three of its productions have been nominated for the prestigious Banff Rockie Awards, one of the top three broadcasting awards globally. The nominated works include the Studio Dragon drama '정년이' (Retirement), the Tving original series 'LTNS', and the tvN variety show '텐트 밖은 유럽: 남프랑스 편' (Europe Outside the Tent: South France Edition). This recognition highlights CJ ENM as the Asian content company with the most nominations.

The drama '정년이', which uniquely explores the theme of 'women's national theater', has garnered acclaim both domestically and internationally, being labeled as a must-watch this fall. It is nominated in the 'Limited Series' category. Meanwhile, 'LTNS', known for its thrilling blend of genres including thriller, melodrama, and comedy, has been nominated in the 'Comedy Series: Non-English Language' category. Lastly, the beloved variety show '텐트 밖은 유럽: 남프랑스 편', which has been a staple of tvN since its launch in 2022, is nominated in the 'Lifestyle' category. This showcases the competitive edge of CJ ENM's dramas and variety shows in the global market.

The Banff Rockie Awards celebrate the most outstanding and innovative programs worldwide, alongside the Emmy Awards and the Monte-Carlo Television Festival. With over 40 years of history, the awards focus on international co-productions and innovative global content, recognizing TV programs from diverse countries and cultures. This year, the awards will take place on June 9, featuring around 1,500 entries competing across 30 categories.
