Choi Soo-jong Takes Over as Host of 'Korean's Table'

Actor Choi Soo-jong is set to succeed Choi Bool-am as the new host of 'Korean's Table' (한국인의 밥상). On March 26, KBS 1TV announced that Choi Bool-am, a beloved figure synonymous with the program, will conclude his long tenure, passing the baton to Choi Soo-jong. The new host will make his debut on the 700th episode, airing on April 10 at 7:40 PM.

'Korean's Table' is a unique program that explores the hidden stories, history, and cultural significance of regional dishes through stunning visuals and in-depth reporting, effectively creating a weekly 'food documentary.' Since its premiere on January 6, 2011, the show has been a cherished source of information about Korea's 'soul food' for over 14 years.

Choi Bool-am has been a central figure in the show, transcending the role of a typical food presenter.
