In the latest episode of KBS2's 'Boss's Ear is Donkey Ear' (사장님 귀는 당나귀 귀), Chef Shin Jong-cheol, known as the 'God of Buffets,' ignites a debate over the proper presentation of dongpa-yuk, a popular Chinese dish. As a winter promotion unfolds at the hotel, the hotel president's visit puts Chef Shin on high alert, prompting him to meticulously check every detail, showcasing his dedication as 'Mr. Again.' Chef Shin's insistence on stacking plates in groups of 12 captures attention, as he emphasizes the care that should go into each plate.
