Changjo Successfully Holds First Domestic Concert After Military Service

Singer and actor Changjo (최종현) of TEEN TOP has successfully completed his first domestic concert following his military discharge. On June 29, he held the second performance of his inaugural solo Asia fan meeting tour, 'The Blooming Hour: CHANGJO' at SA Hall in Seoul.

This tour marks Changjo's first solo endeavor since his debut, having kicked off with a successful show in Taiwan on June 21. As it was his first domestic performance after returning from military service, Changjo showcased his versatile charm through both singing and dancing, sharing updates about his life and creating unforgettable memories for his fans.

Opening the concert with 'Wait (기다려)', Changjo expressed his excitement, stating, "I was really nervous, but seeing the faces of my Angels (틴탑's official fandom name) made me feel more happiness than anxiety."

He continued to deliver a strong live performance with his solo tracks 'It's You (잇츠 유)', 'Rose (로즈)', and 'Hurting U (허팅 유)', captivating the audience with his unique style and engaging grooves. Additionally, he received enthusiastic responses for his romantic rendition of Justin Bieber's 'Off My Face (오프 마이 페이스)'.

During the event, Changjo shared various anecdotes from his military service while rewriting his self-introduction. He also engaged with fans through a bingo game, revealing his bucket list items related to what he wanted to do after his discharge. In the 'The Blooming Hour: Changjo and Angels' segment, he read heartfelt messages written by fans on post-it notes, creating a meaningful connection.

As the concert concluded, Changjo expressed, "Even though the fan meeting has ended, it’s not really the end; it’s just the beginning. I hope my Angels will join me in this new blooming hour ahead." Fans also participated in a slogan event, adding to the emotional atmosphere.

Looking ahead, Changjo is set to conclude the 2025 Asia fan meeting tour with a finale at YTJ HALL in Yokohama, Japan on July 5. He is also preparing for a full group comeback with TEEN TOP in August.
