Cha Eun-woo to Hold Special Fan Meeting Before Military Enlistment

Singer and actor Cha Eun-woo, who has successfully passed the audition for the Army Military Band, is set to meet his fans before his enlistment later this month. The 2025 solo fan meeting titled 'THE ROYAL' will take place today, July 12, at 5 PM at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Dongdaemun, Seoul. This event marks a significant occasion as it will be his last meeting with fans before he begins his military service.

During the concert, Cha Eun-woo is expected to showcase a cheerful side that fans have not seen before, along with sharing unique stories that highlight his charm. After a busy schedule filled with activities, fans are looking forward to a relaxing time with him before he enlists.

Last year, Cha Eun-woo completed a successful solo fan concert tour titled '2024 Just One 10 Minute [Mystery Elevator]' across ten cities in Asia and South America. Expectations are high for 'THE ROYAL' as he aims to deliver another well-crafted performance.

On June 29, Cha Eun-woo's name was announced on the list of successful candidates for the Army Military Band by the Military Manpower Administration, confirming his enlistment date for July 28. His agency, Fantagio, shared this news through the official fan cafe, stating that he will enter the training center on July 28 to undergo basic military training before serving in the military band.

Fantagio also mentioned that due to safety concerns regarding potential crowding on the day of enlistment, the location and time of Cha Eun-woo's enlistment will remain undisclosed, and no separate events will be held. They encouraged fans to support him as he fulfills his military duties and promised to return in good health.

Cha Eun-woo will be the second member of the boy group ASTRO to enlist in the military. Additionally, he is set to appear in the upcoming Netflix series 'The Wonderfulls' and the film 'First Ride,' while his recent VR concert 'Cha Eun-woo VR Concert: Memories' has received positive feedback from audiences worldwide.
