Bumjup Triumphs Over RH Tokyo in K-Pop Mission

In the latest episode of Mnet's World of Street Woman Fighter (월드 오브 스우파), which aired on June 17, Bumjup faced off against RH Tokyo in the K-Pop mission featuring tracks by aespa, Jennie, and G-Dragon.
As the competition began, other crews predicted RH Tokyo's victory, suggesting that Bumjup needed to refine their choreography. In response, Gabi confidently declared, "I'll tidy it up. If I do, you all will be finished."
When the official choreography video was released, special judge Mike Song praised RH Tokyo's performance, stating, "They create such beautiful visuals. It's absolutely amazing!" Other crews echoed his sentiments, with Baek Gyu-young adding, "They really do create well." Mike further remarked, "They are choreography geniuses. It's refreshing and they nailed those moments."
The filming of Bumjup's choreography, however, faced challenges when Lee Jung's hair accessory fell off twice, causing interruptions. Lee Jung expressed her frustration, saying, "I wanted to die when it fell the second time." Noze shared her disappointment, stating, "Everyone is struggling, and then the props are causing issues. It felt like everything could fall apart at any moment."
Honey J encouraged her team, saying, "I hope we can acknowledge our differences and believe that we can improve. We can't help being different. These are people who have danced their own styles for so long. It's much harder to create a unified piece on a blank canvas than to paint on one with a strong color."
The special judges were impressed by Bumjup's performance, commenting, "They tore up the stage. The balance was great, and the intricate choreography blended well together. They effectively conveyed the emotions."
Finally, the scores for both crews were revealed. While the special judges' scores were similar, Bumjup excelled in other categories, securing their victory. Honey J expressed her joy, saying, "I was so happy," while Lip J added, "It feels so satisfying. I'm relieved." Rie Hata stated, "I accepted it myself," vowing to work even harder.
