BTS's Jin Shines in Latest Episode of Handsome Guys

On May 15, BTS's Jin made a memorable appearance as a guest on tvN's Handsome Guys (핸썸가이즈), where he took on the mission of recommending lunch and dinner spots in the trendy area of Hannam-dong, Seoul. His return to the show, where he had previously appeared in the first episode, was met with enthusiastic reactions from the cast. Cha Tae-hyun expressed his excitement, saying, "When Jin comes, it's the complete package," while Lee Yi-kyung humorously suggested that Jin should be a regular member.

Dressed in a stylish 'office worker' outfit, Jin immediately created a lively atmosphere, receiving cheers from the other members. He shared his fondness for the show, stating, "I asked to prioritize Handsome Guys in my album promotions. I feel most comfortable here since I was part of the first episode."

As a current resident of Hannam-dong, Jin recommended local eateries, leading the group to enjoy grilled clams and premium Korean beef, adding to the fun of the outing.

When asked which BTS member he would recommend for the show, Jin mentioned Jungkook (정국) as the perfect fit for the role, praising his love for food, while he suggested V (뷔) would be great for the atmosphere, noting their playful banter. In response, Oh Sang-wook expressed eagerness to have them on the show, to which Jin humorously replied, "The fans are scary. I don't even speak carelessly to Jungkook."

During a meal at the beef restaurant, when the bill exceeded 740,000 won, Jin jokingly exclaimed, "If I pay this, I’ll have to starve tomorrow!" to which Shin Seung-ho added, "Hyung, I’m still starving. I eat ramen every day!"

Jin also showcased his quick wit during a quiz segment about Korean cuisine, accurately guessing that the answer to a question about representative foods was BTS merchandise, likely an album. He further impressed everyone with his knowledge about historical rewards for reporting cattle consumption during the reign of King Taejong.
