BTS's Jin Captivates Global Fans with New OST

Jin of BTS (방탄소년단) has enchanted fans worldwide with his soothing vocals. According to the latest Billboard charts released on February 4, his song 'Close to You,' part of the tvN drama 'Ask the Stars' (별들에게 물어봐) OST, has debuted at number one on the 'World Digital Song Sales' chart and number nine on the 'Digital Song Sales' chart. The track showcases Jin's clear voice and delicate expressiveness, also making its mark on the UK Official Chart, landing at 20th in 'Single Downloads' and 22nd in 'Single Sales.' Jin's solo album 'Happy,' released in November 2024, reached 15th on the 'World Albums' chart, while its title track 'Running Wild' secured the 129th spot on the 'Global (excluding the US)' chart.

Other BTS members are also enjoying significant success with their solo projects. Jimin's second solo album 'MUSE' is currently at 115th on the main album chart 'Billboard 200,' with its title track 'Who' climbing to 31st on the 'Hot 100' chart. Notably, 'MUSE' topped the 'World Albums' chart for two consecutive weeks, demonstrating its strong performance. 'Who' has reached 16th on the 'Global 200' and 18th on the 'Global (excluding the US)' charts.

Jungkook's solo single 'Seven (feat. Latto)' has made impressive strides, remaining on the 'Global (excluding the US)' chart for 81 weeks and the 'Global 200' for 80 weeks, setting a record for the longest run by a K-pop solo artist. Additionally, V's 'Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN),' released in November 2024, is ranked 165th on the 'Global (excluding the US)' chart, showcasing its enduring popularity.

BTS's anthology album 'Proof' continues to assert its presence, holding the 6th position on the 'World Albums' chart for a total of 138 weeks.
