BTS Takes First Steps Towards Full Reunion After Military Service

BTS (방탄소년단) has officially concluded their military hiatus and is taking significant steps towards a full reunion. On June 18, Suga (민윤기) completed his final duties as a social service worker, effectively ending his service ahead of the scheduled discharge date of June 21. Suga had been serving for approximately 21 months since September 2023. Big Hit Music announced that there would be no official events on the discharge day and requested fans to refrain from visiting, hinting at a quiet return.

With Suga's completion of service, all seven members of BTS are now back together. Jin and J-Hope had already completed their military service last year, while RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook were discharged on June 10 and 11, receiving a warm welcome from fans.

The presence of BTS as a complete group was immediately felt after the end of their military service. On June 13, all members surprised fans by appearing together at J-Hope's encore concert, 'HOPE ON THE STREET FINAL,' held at Goyang Sports Complex. Jin and Jungkook performed as guests, thrilling the audience, while RM, V, Jimin, and Suga cheered from the audience, enjoying the show together.
