BOYNEXTDOOR Gains Popularity in Japan with Special Broadcast Appearances

The K-pop group BOYNEXTDOOR (성호, 리우, 명재현, 태산, 이한, 운학) is currently enjoying a surge in popularity in Japan, receiving numerous invitations for special broadcasts. As summer unfolds, the group has been featured in several notable Japanese programs, including Fuji TV's '2025 FNS Summer Music Festival' on July 2 and Nippon TV's 'THE MUSIC DAY 2025' on July 5. They are set to appear on TBS's 'Music Day' on July 19, showcasing their rising star power alongside other popular local artists.

Since last year, BOYNEXTDOOR has become a regular feature on various special broadcasts. They made a significant impact by participating in major programs like TV Asahi's 'Music Station SUPER LIVE 2024' and TBS's 'CDTV Live! Live!' at the end of last year, and their presence in this summer's special broadcasts has further solidified their status in Japan. Their popularity was anticipated early on, as they gained a reputation as a talented rookie, gracing the covers of prominent magazines even before their official debut. They released their debut single 'AND,' in July last year and performed at major music festivals like 'SUMMER SONIC 2024,' which helped boost their recognition.

Additionally, BOYNEXTDOOR has successfully built a broad fanbase through their first solo tour, 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.1,’ traveling across Japan. The six-member group is set to release their second single 'BOYLIFE' on August 20, continuing their upward trajectory.

They will also hold the final performance of their first solo tour, 'BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.1’ FINAL,' at the KSPO DOME in Seoul from July 25 to 27. This concert marks their first entry into the KSPO DOME, and fans are eagerly anticipating the stage that will further establish them as the next generation of performance powerhouses.
