Bong Tae-kyu Wins Radio DJ Award at SBS Entertainment Awards

Actor Bong Tae-kyu received the Radio DJ Award at the SBS Entertainment Awards held on January 29, 2025. Upon being announced as the winner, he took to the stage and expressed his gratitude, stating, "I believe it’s not easy to share such precious daily moments with me. I want to thank the listeners who make this challenging task possible." He also extended his thanks to his family and the production team, humorously adding, "I will work hard and retire during my 70th birthday celebration," bringing both laughter and emotion to the audience.

Since March 18 of last year, Bong has been connecting with listeners every morning at 9 AM on SBS Power FM's program, 'Beautiful Morning, This is Bong Tae-kyu' (아름다운 이 아침, 봉태규입니다). The show is designed to be accessible to all generations, making it a beloved morning companion across the nation.

Bong Tae-kyu has previously won several awards at SBS, including the Producer Award at the 2008 Acting Awards, the Character Acting Award in 2018, and the Best Male Actor in a Long-Form Drama in 2020. With this latest accolade, he adds a fourth trophy to his collection from SBS Entertainment Awards.
