On July 14, 2025, YG Entertainment announced that BLACKPINK's latest track '뛰어(JUMP)' has reached the number one spot on the Spotify Daily Top Songs Global Chart. This marks the third time the group has achieved this feat, following their previous hits 'Pink Venom' and 'Shut Down' from their second studio album released in 2022. With this achievement, BLACKPINK becomes the first K-pop group to have three songs that have topped this chart.
'JUMP' has also made significant waves in major music markets such as the United States and the United Kingdom, ranking high on Spotify charts worldwide. In just two days post-release, the song garnered over 13.09 million streams, indicating its strong potential for continued global popularity due to its addictive sound.
In addition to Spotify, BLACKPINK is making a notable impact on YouTube as well. According to the latest chart dated July 11, 2025, 'JUMP' has reached the top position in daily global music video rankings across various countries, including South Korea, the U.S., the U.K., and Canada.
The track 'JUMP' showcases BLACKPINK's bold experimentation with the hardstyle genre, featuring distinctive vocals from the members layered over a guitar riff reminiscent of a Western film scene. The song has received positive feedback from music fans, achieving number one on iTunes in 60 regions and topping the Worldwide Song Chart.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is currently on their 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR,' which includes 31 performances across 16 cities.
