BLACKPINK Tops Billboard Charts with 'JUMP'

BLACKPINK has once again demonstrated their status as a top-tier global artist by reaching the pinnacle of the Billboard charts. According to the latest updates shared by Billboard on social media, their new song '뛰어 (JUMP)' has secured the number one spot on both the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts. This achievement marks BLACKPINK's third number one on the Billboard Global 200 and their fourth on the Billboard Global chart, making them the first K-pop girl group to achieve this feat on both charts simultaneously. Additionally, 'JUMP' has amassed an impressive 123 million streams on the Billboard Global 200, the highest for any song released by a female artist worldwide this year.

In the Billboard Hot 100, 'JUMP' debuted at number 28, adding to BLACKPINK's record of having the most entries (10 songs) on the chart for a K-pop female artist. Previous hits like 'Ice Cream', 'Pink Venom', and 'How You Like That' have also made their mark on the Hot 100.

Beyond Billboard, BLACKPINK's influence is felt across various global charts. With 'JUMP', they have set a new record for the most number one songs by a K-pop group on the Spotify Weekly Top Songs Global chart. The song also made its debut at an impressive 18th place on the UK Official Chart, showcasing their strong presence in the mainstream pop market.

On YouTube, the music video for 'JUMP' has been a sensation, maintaining the top spot on the Global YouTube Daily Trending Music Videos chart for eight consecutive days since its release on July 11. It has quickly approached 100 million views, currently exceeding 88 million.

BLACKPINK is currently on their 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR', which includes 31 shows across 16 cities. After successful performances in Goyang, Los Angeles, and Chicago, they are set to perform in major cities worldwide, including Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
