BLACKPINK Set to Make a Grand Comeback with New Music Video

The iconic K-pop group BLACKPINK is gearing up for their much-anticipated return. Over the weekend, footage of the group filming their new music video was captured in Seoul, igniting excitement among fans worldwide as news of their full group comeback spreads.
On June 9, YG Entertainment officially announced that BLACKPINK began shooting their new music video on June 6. This confirmation aligns with previous statements from Yang Hyun-suk, the chief producer, who promised that news about BLACKPINK's new song would be revealed soon, indicating that preparations for their comeback are proceeding smoothly.
After nearly two years and eight months since their last new song announcement, global music fans are eagerly awaiting this release. While specific details regarding the schedule, song title, and concept remain under wraps, the commencement of music video filming suggests that BLACKPINK's return is imminent.
YG Entertainment shared, "We are collaborating with a renowned international director for the shoot in Korea. This will result in another iconic music video that encapsulates BLACKPINK's identity and musical style. Given BLACKPINK's status as a top global artist, this collaboration is something to look forward to."
BLACKPINK has consistently broken records with each release, leaving a monumental mark on K-pop history. Their influence continues to grow, both as a group and as solo artists, raising expectations for the new music and the history they will create with this comeback.
The group is set to kick off a world tour in July, starting with a performance in Goyang, covering a total of 16 cities and 31 shows. They will perform in major cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, further solidifying their presence as a leading global artist.
