BLACKPINK Kicks Off World Tour with Spectacular Concert in Goyang

K-pop sensation BLACKPINK reunited with their fans for a full-group concert after nearly two years, igniting excitement at the Goyang Sports Complex on July 5 and 6. The event marked the launch of their 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR 'DEADLINE' IN GOYANG', setting the stage for an extensive world tour.

This tour comes nearly 1 year and 10 months after their record-breaking 'BORN PINK' tour, which attracted over 1.8 million fans. BLACKPINK made history as the first K-pop girl group to hold a solo concert at the Goyang Sports Complex, further solidifying their status in K-pop history.

The members showcased their enhanced skills, having thrived as solo artists over the past year, proving their worth as a global top girl group. A highlight of the concert was the debut of their new song '뛰어 (JUMP)', which had not been performed in 2 years and 8 months, thrilling the packed audience with enthusiastic sing-alongs and cheers.

The concert also attracted numerous celebrities, adding to the star-studded atmosphere. Comedian Park Myung-soo shared a selfie from the concert on social media, expressing pride in attending and thanking Jisoo for the invitation. Lee Min-ho, who starred alongside Jisoo in the film 'All of Us Are Dead', posted a photo of himself enjoying the concert with a light stick. Actress Ahn Eun-jin also shared a backstage photo with Jisoo, captioning it with 'Jump!'.

Shin Jin-hwa flaunted her black and pink-themed nails while sharing her concert experience, and Kim Jong-soo, who appeared with Jisoo in the drama 'Snowdrop', posted a selfie with her. Other notable attendees included Dr. Oh Eun-young, Seo In-a, and Bona, all spotted enjoying the concert.

Following Goyang, BLACKPINK will continue their world tour, performing in major cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, covering 16 cities and 31 shows in total.
