BLACKPINK's Rosé Publicly Supports NewJeans Amidst HYBE Conflict

Rosé of BLACKPINK has openly expressed her support for NewJeans, who have recently declared a full-scale conflict with their agency, HYBE.
In an interview with British fashion magazine i-D released on the 18th, Rosé discussed her debut solo album, 'R', and reflected on the global phenomenon sparked by her pre-release track 'On The Ground'. She admitted, "I thought people would be shocked, but I didn’t expect it to be loved so quickly. I’m grateful."
Rosé also shared her concerns about her solo album, stating, "I worried that I might ruin the first opportunity to show the real Rosé to people. The album-making process was a healing journey for me. It was the only time I felt mentally stable. I spent many nights crying in hotels and Airbnbs, staying up until dawn checking public reactions online. I wanted to show that I feel the same emotions as everyone else."
When discussing the differences between her activities with BLACKPINK and her solo work, she noted, "BLACKPINK fulfilled my dreams, while 'R' reflects who I am now and represents a new dream I am pursuing."
Most notably, Rosé addressed the ongoing conflict between HYBE and NewJeans. When asked about her thoughts on the situation, she responded, "I want to talk about positive things. I really love those girls."
NewJeans recently sent a formal notice to their agency, Ador, on the 13th, demanding a thorough investigation and serious action regarding several issues, including the return of former Ador CEO Min Hee-jin, an official apology from a manager who told member Hanni to 'ignore' her, and a document from HYBE that stated, "We can just create a new plan without 'New' (NewJeans)." They also declared that if their demands were not addressed by the 14th, they would terminate their contract.
