Baseball Legend Yang Jun-hyuk Honored at '10 People Who Brightened Korea' Awards

Yang Jun-hyuk, a celebrated figure in Korean baseball, was recognized as a recipient of the '10 People Who Brightened Korea' award in the sports contribution category during a ceremony held on December 23 at the Eliena Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul.

His efforts to promote youth baseball through the Yang Jun-hyuk Sports Foundation, which has hosted the 'Hope Plus Charity Baseball Tournament' for 12 consecutive years, were acknowledged.

In addition to his legendary status in professional baseball, Yang has captivated the public with his new ventures, including his success as a businessman. He gained further popularity through his appearances on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams - You Are My Destiny,' where he shared stories about his wife, Park Hyun-sun. Recently, the couple welcomed their first daughter, receiving widespread support and congratulations.
