BABYMONSTER Launches Their First World Tour with a Stunning Debut Concert in Seoul

The K-pop group BABYMONSTER has made a remarkable entrance into the music scene, showcasing their exceptional live performance skills during their debut concert, '2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR 'HELLO MONSTERS' IN SEOUL,' held on January 25 and 26 at the KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Entering the iconic venue, often referred to as the 'holy ground of K-pop,' less than a year after their official debut is a significant achievement for the group. BABYMONSTER captivated the audience with their vibrant energy, successfully marking their first concert with an enthusiastic crowd.

The concert kicked off with newly arranged performances of 'DRIP' and 'BATTER UP,' accompanied by a top-tier live band. The members expressed their excitement, stating, "We are so happy to start our first world tour at such a large venue like KSPO DOME. We have so much we want to show you, so let’s all enjoy and create the best moments together!"

Known for their outstanding live vocals since their debut, BABYMONSTER delivered powerful performances using handheld microphones, showcasing their impressive vocal range and strength. The concert featured a variety of solo stages from all seven members, as well as special covers of iconic songs by their YG predecessors, 2NE1.

Lora performed Lewis Capaldi's 'Someone You Loved,' while Parita captivated the audience with 'What Other People Say' by Sam Fischer and Demi Lovato. Rami, who chose Jazmine Sullivan's 'Pick Up Your Feelings,' played the guitar live, creating a soulful atmosphere. Asa delivered a powerful rendition of Eminem's 'Godzilla,' and Luca impressed with Honey Cocaine's 'Gwola,' followed by their unit song 'Woke Up In Tokyo.' Chikita's emotional performance of Olivia Rodrigo's 'traitor' felt like a scene from a musical, and Ahyeon recreated Charlie Puth's 'Dangerously,' which had garnered attention even before her debut.

Previously, BABYMONSTER received praise for their mashup dance performance of 2NE1 songs before their debut. They reinterpreted 2NE1's 'Clap Your Hands' and 'GO AWAY' in their unique style, adding a powerful twist that showcased their distinct charm.

During the encore, the members shared their feelings about completing their first concert. Luca expressed joy at performing twice in such a grand venue, while Parita admitted to feeling nervous but was grateful for the hard work of all the members. Ahyeon thanked everyone who helped make the concert a success, emphasizing the time and effort it took to reach this point.

Lora reflected on her initial worries about her performance, stating that it was fun to finally be on stage.
