Baby V.O.X Denies Rumors of Discord During Recent Appearance

On January 25, the iconic girl group Baby V.O.X (김이지, 이희진, 심은진, 간미연, 윤은혜) made a full-group appearance on MBC's show, '전지적 참견 시점' (All-Seeing Assistant), where they addressed various topics, including recent rumors of discord among the members.

During the episode, the members reminisced about their performance at the KBS 2TV '가요대제전' (K-Pop Festival) last year. 심은진 shared, 'It was great to see everyone together again, and we all worked hard on our diets.' She also revealed, 'This is the first time I'm mentioning it on air, but I've been undergoing IVF since May, which has made me feel a bit bloated.' In response, 김이지 complimented her, saying, 'Even with the bloating, you still look stunning,' creating a warm atmosphere.

To thank their fans, the group decided to film a performance video. However, they faced some challenges with memory and stamina during practice, which elicited sympathy from viewers.

간미연 and 윤은혜 commented on how beautifully their '가요대제전' performance turned out, stating, 'Since that day, we've been wearing makeup everywhere, worried that people might recognize us.'

이희진, who earned the nickname '뚝딱이' (Dduk Ddak-i) during the performance, humorously noted, 'I heard that I should avoid makeup so I wouldn't be recognized.' She expressed surprise at the sudden popularity of her fan cam, saying, 'I didn't even know it existed!' Meanwhile, 심은진 playfully added, 'She said she wasn't wrong about us,' which brought more laughter to the group.

Later, while enjoying a meal together, the members directly addressed the rumors of discord. 윤은혜 explained, 'Since 간미연 and I are the youngest, we tended to speak formally to the older members, which might have made us seem distant.'

심은진 chimed in, 'The formal speech was something our manager insisted on. We still say what we need to say, just with a polite ending.' She also revealed that she once helped 이희진 by collecting money owed to her, surprising everyone with her kindness.
