Anger on 'Ask Anything' as Guest Reveals Secret Childbirth
On the May 12 episode of KBS Joy's '무엇이든 물어보살' (Ask Anything), host Seo Jang-hoon expressed his outrage towards a guest who gave birth without informing her ex-boyfriend. The 35-year-old woman, who runs an online shopping mall, shared her struggles of raising her child alone after breaking up with her boyfriend. She revealed, 'I haven't told my ex about the birth, and I'm increasingly worried about my financial situation and whether I can claim child support.'
When asked about her relationship with her ex, she explained that they met through a dating app in April 2022. Seo Jang-hoon criticized the risks associated with meeting people online, stating, 'You don’t even know who they are or what they do.'
The guest further disclosed that she was hospitalized for bipolar disorder in April 2023, during which she received a call from the hospital suggesting she might be pregnant. Shockingly, she only discovered her pregnancy in the last month, stating, 'I didn’t have morning sickness, so I found out late. I learned I was pregnant on April 4 and gave birth on April 8.'
She also mentioned gaining 30 kg during her pregnancy, initially attributing the weight gain to overeating. For about a year, she lived with her parents while raising her daughter, but now they live together alone.
