An Shin-ae Teases New EP 'Dear LIFE' with Highlight Medley

Singer and producer An Shin-ae has ramped up excitement for her comeback by unveiling a highlight medley of her new EP, 'Dear LIFE (디어 라이프)', on her official social media channels on January 10. The video features snippets from four tracks, including the title song 'South to the West (사우스 투 더 웨스트)', 'Lover Like Me (러버 라이크 미) (Feat. Crush)', 'Unconditional (언컨디셔널) (Feat. Ann One)', and '해주오 (Dear Life)', showcasing her rich musical style and building anticipation for the release.

The title track 'South to the West' is a lively pop-punk soul song that conveys a hopeful message about living authentically, reflecting An's experiences of moving between Seoul and Jeju. The second track, 'Lover Like Me', features Crush and combines New Jack Swing beats with R&B, expressing the excitement of being ready to love someone wholeheartedly.

'Unconditional', featuring the 'Queen of R&B' Ann One, is a Latin pop track that explores the theme of self-love, emphasizing that unconditional love should start from within. The final track, '해주오', holds a special place in An's heart, as it reflects the significance of music in our daily lives.

An Shin-ae, known as an 'artist's artist', has contributed to the lyrics and composition of all tracks on 'Dear LIFE', showcasing her talents as a singer-songwriter. This new EP follows her single 'Dear City (디어 시티)', released in July last year, and encapsulates her journey of healing through music and embracing life after overcoming pain.

To promote her comeback, An Shin-ae is set to host a listening party in collaboration with Billboard Korea, followed by a busking tour connecting cities like Busan, Jeju, Pyeongchang, and Seoul, along with various YouTube content. Her new EP 'Dear LIFE' will be available on all major online music platforms starting at noon on January 15.
