Former Alice member Sohee and CEO Ji Yoon-mi, known for her success as a businesswoman, have firmly rejected bizarre rumors surrounding their personal lives. On May 31, Ji Yoon-mi, who gained fame from Comedy TV's 얼짱시대7, held a Q&A session with fans over the weekend, during which she faced an uncomfortable question. A netizen inquired whether Sohee's marriage was linked to her husband, whom she allegedly met at a bar, and whether Ji Yoon-mi had a similar background. Ji Yoon-mi responded vehemently, stating, "Is this some new form of insanity? It's so easy to turn someone into a bar girl in an instant. If anyone claims I worked at a bar, I would appreciate it if they could provide evidence or even just one person who can confirm they saw me there. If any of my former colleagues are out there, please step forward."

Ji Yoon-mi hinted at potential legal action, expressing her frustration, "Our lawyer must be having a tough time. I will not tolerate such statements at all."

Sohee, who also addressed the rumors, expressed her disbelief, saying, "What is 일프로? I met my husband at a birthday party for a friend I worked with! If anyone knows the details for a lawsuit, please let me know." She clarified that she met her husband at a friend's birthday party, not in any questionable circumstances.

She added, "It seems like there are many people spreading ridiculous rumors. However, I won't let it bother me. I'm living happily and will try to post more on Instagram." A photo shared by Sohee shows her enjoying a day of golf outdoors, highlighting her joyful life post-retirement from the entertainment industry.

Both Sohee and Ji Yoon-mi have strongly denied the malicious rumors, emphasizing the need for accountability and hinting at legal repercussions.

Sohee gained recognition as the runner-up on SBS's K-Pop Star Season 6 in 2017 and debuted with Alice that same year, serving as the main vocalist and dancer. She later pursued acting, appearing in shows like 티빙's 방과 후 전쟁활동. However, she announced her retirement from the entertainment industry after marrying a businessman 15 years her senior in April of last year. Her agency confirmed her marriage and retirement plans, stating that Sohee had always wanted to build a happy family.
