aespa's Karina, ITZY's Yuna, and NMIXX's Seolyoon to Collaborate at 2024 MBC Gayo Daejejun

The highly anticipated collaboration stage featuring Karina from aespa, Yuna from ITZY, and Seolyoon from NMIXX, collectively known as the 'KyuSeol' trio, will be unveiled at the 2024 MBC Gayo Daejejun. This year's event promises to reach a global audience through MBC Plus's fan service platform, IDOLCHAMP, which will provide live streaming, making the 'KyuSeol' performance a major highlight.

Hosted by Lim Yoona, SHINee's Minho, and TWS's Dohun, the 2024 Gayo Daejejun will showcase a total of 32 top-tier artists, including aespa, ATEEZ, BOYNEXTDOOR, CLASS:y, CRAVITY, DAY6, ENHYPEN, FANTASY BOYS, ITZY, IVE, izna, KISS OF LIFE, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, NCT WISH, NewJeans, NEXZ, NMIXX, PLAVE, RIIZE, STAYC, Stray Kids, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, TWS, ZEROBASEONE, (G)I-DLE, Young Tak, Lee Young Ji, Lee Chan Won, John Park, Taemin, and fromis_9.

The event will feature special performances that span generations, catering to the diverse tastes of K-pop fans. The collaboration between ITZY's Yuna, aespa's Karina, and NMIXX's Seolyoon is particularly exciting, as these members are recognized for their stunning visuals and exceptional talent, promising a fresh and captivating chemistry on stage.

A key aspect of this year's Gayo Daejejun is its global live streaming service, which will be available in over 190 countries. MBC Plus aims to enhance the experience for international fans by offering multilingual subtitles, real-time chat, and special events.

The 2024 MBC Gayo Daejejun will take place on December 31 at the MBC Dream Center in Ilsan, themed 'Wannabe,' celebrating the present and future of K-pop as it wraps up the year. Known for its unique themes and spectacular stages, this year's festival will once again feature collaborations between top artists and emerging idols.

Starting December 18, IDOLCHAMP will conduct a voting event titled '2024's WANNABE: Who Shone the Brightest This Year?' Fans can vote, and the idol with the most votes will be honored with free drinks for fans at the MBC Dream Center during the event, along with promotional banners for the winner. Additionally, IDOLCHAMP will host various events on X (formerly Twitter) to offer K-pop fans tickets to attend the Gayo Daejejun.
