During the fan meeting, aespa surprised attendees by announcing their third arena tour, set to kick off on October 4 in Fukuoka. The tour will include a total of 10 performances across four cities: Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka, which sent the crowd into a frenzy.
The group opened the event with their first digital single in Japan, ‘ZOOM ZOOM,’ followed by powerful performances of their hit songs ‘Supernova,’ ‘Whiplash,’ and their debut single ‘Hot Mess,’ all of which received an enthusiastic response from the audience.
In a fun talk and game segment, the members split into two teams and rode around the venue in a mobile cart, engaging closely with fans. Their efforts to communicate and play games in Japanese were met with warm cheers and support from the audience, creating a lively atmosphere.
Additionally, aespa has recently achieved significant recognition in Japan, winning two awards at the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards and becoming the first female artist to win four awards at the MTV Video Music Awards Japan (VMAJ). They also took home the ‘Best Song Asia’ award at the recent Music Awards Japan, further solidifying their popularity in the region.
