Actress Jeon Woo-hee Donates 40 Million Won for Forest Fire Relief

Actress Jeon Woo-hee has shown her support for victims of recent forest fires in the Gyeongsangdo region by donating 40 million won to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association. The organization announced her generous contribution on March 24, 2025, aimed at assisting both the affected communities and the firefighters working on the front lines.
Jeon expressed her desire to help, stating, "Upon hearing the news of the forest fire damage, I decided to donate in hopes of providing some support, no matter how small. I wish for the fires to be extinguished quickly and for those affected to return to their daily lives as soon as possible." She also added, "I hope this donation can be of some help to the firefighters who are always at the forefront during disasters."
As a member of the Hope Bridge Honor Society, Jeon has consistently participated in charitable donations following various disasters, including the 2019 Gangwon forest fire, typhoons, and heavy rains, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact.
Shin Hoon, the Secretary-General of Hope Bridge, expressed gratitude for Jeon's warm-hearted gesture, stating, "We sincerely thank Jeon Woo-hee for her kindness. Hope Bridge will do its utmost to help the neighbors affected by the forest fires recover their daily lives as quickly as possible."
