Actor Jung Woo-sung's Private Life Under Scrutiny Amid Dating Rumors

Jung Woo-sung (정우성), the father of model Moon Ga-bi's (문가비) son, has recently found himself at the center of dating rumors involving a non-celebrity girlfriend. This revelation comes after Jung acknowledged the existence of his extramarital child, raising questions about his personal ethics and private life.

On November 25, a media outlet reported that Jung has been in a serious relationship with a non-celebrity woman for over a year. The couple has reportedly been seen enjoying couple outings with Jung's close friends, actor Lee Jung-jae (이정재) and Lim Se-ryeong (임세령), who is the vice-chairman of the Daesang Group. However, it was revealed that his girlfriend was unaware of the existence of Moon Ga-bi's son and was reportedly shocked upon learning about it. In response to these rumors, Jung's agency, Artist Company (아티스트컴퍼니), stated to OSEN, "We ask for your understanding as we cannot confirm personal matters regarding the actor. We also request that excessive speculation be refrained from."

While Jung has confirmed the existence of his child, he has distanced himself from the rumors of a long-term girlfriend. Although he has not officially acknowledged these claims, the scrutiny surrounding him has intensified.

Previously, on November 24, another report indicated that Jung Woo-sung and Moon Ga-bi first met at a gathering in 2022 and grew close, leading to Moon's pregnancy in June of the following year. Jung has shown commitment by promising to take responsibility for the child's upbringing, even choosing a name and looking for a maternity hospital. Moon Ga-bi reportedly gave birth to a healthy son in March. However, subsequent reports suggested that the couple has faced conflicts regarding parenting and marriage. They have recently met to discuss these issues but have shown significant differences in their opinions, hinting at ongoing tensions as co-parents.

On November 24, Artist Company confirmed to OSEN that the child shared by Moon Ga-bi and Jung Woo-sung is indeed his biological son. They stated, "We are discussing the best approach for the child's upbringing and will do our utmost as a father." However, they did not provide any comments regarding the alleged conflicts with Moon Ga-bi over marriage.

With a 16-year age difference, it is currently speculated that the two will continue their relationship as co-parenting partners without marriage.
