82MAJOR to Showcase Their Performance Skills at KCON JAPAN 2025
The boy group 82MAJOR (남성모, 박석준, 윤예찬, 조성일, 황성빈, 김도균) is set to demonstrate their prowess as performance idols at 'KCON JAPAN 2025', taking place from May 9 to 11 at Makuhari Messe in Japan.
Kicking off their participation on May 9 with a red carpet appearance and pre-show, they will engage in various events over the three days, including a dance stage on May 10 and a showcase on the X Stage on May 11, allowing them to connect with local fans.
82MAJOR aims to captivate Japanese audiences with a diverse setlist and engaging content. As this marks their first appearance at 'KCON', they plan to prove their status as performance idols through dynamic live performances.
The group recently released their third mini-album, 'SILENCE SYNDROME' (사일런스 신드롬), on April 14, which topped the iTunes K-Pop daily track chart and achieved high rankings on album charts. Their new release has also made significant strides on the Apple Music album chart.
Notably, their initial sales nearly doubled compared to their previous mini-album, 'X-82' (엑스-82), marking a career high. Their fourth solo concert, '82 SYNDROME', sold out immediately upon ticket release, showcasing their growing popularity. Additionally, member 남성모 has been appointed as the MC for MBC M's 'Show! Champion', marking his first role as a music show host, furthering their global presence.
Following 'KCON JAPAN 2025', 82MAJOR will also perform at the '2025 Weverse Con Festival' and will hold their fourth solo concert, '82 SYNDROME', from June 6 to 8 at Myunghwa Live Hall, connecting with fans both domestically and internationally.
