Since their last appearance at the Gayo Daejeon in 2014, 2NE1 has been absent from the show for over ten years. However, the group reunited for their solo concert 'WELCOME BACK' at the Olympic Hall in Seoul from October 4 to 6, and they are currently on a world tour. This has sparked excitement among fans about the possibility of seeing them perform at the year-end music festival.
