2024 KBS Acting Awards Rescheduled for January 11

The 2024 KBS Acting Awards, which were postponed due to the tragic Jeju Air passenger plane incident, will now air on January 11 at 9:20 PM. Originally set for live broadcast on December 31, the ceremony was canceled following the disaster that occurred the day before. Although the event will proceed as planned, it will be pre-recorded instead of live. Notable nominees for the prestigious award include Lee Soon-jae from '개소리' (Barking), Ji Hyun-woo and Lim Soo-hyang from '미녀와 순정남' (Beauty and the Beast), Kim Jung-hyun and Park Ji-young from '다리미 패밀리' (Ironing Family), and Kim Ha-neul from '멱살 한번 잡힙시다' (Let’s Grab the Collar). The impact of the Jeju Air tragedy has led to the cancellation or postponement of numerous entertainment events and programs, including the KBS Acting Awards.
